Articraft tries to help customers in all possible ways, we are customer friendly and our return is flexible, and we welcome replacements under the following conditions:


  • In case of any defect identified on the product and 
  • If the wrong product is delivered to the customer or
  • The product delivered is in damaged condition.


But it is advised to the customer to have the original packaging of the product with him/her and send it back safely.

It is also advisable for the customers to kindly show the product pictures so that issues in the product are visible.

Customers should keep some of the important points in mind before returning any product. 

They must be packed in original packaging with any foam or cushion inside so that it safely reaches the destination, even if it’s broken, damaged, or defective.


In any of the above-mentioned situations, we replace the product with an identical one or one of equal or lesser value. We do not process refunds in any situation.

Return Process


You can send us the images at from where our quality assurance team will check the details about its eligibility for return.


This should be kept in mind that our return policy is applicable within 10 days of placing the order and is only valid for the below-mentioned reasons: 


  • In case of a manufacturing defect in the product or maybe the product is damaged.

As soon as the confirmation is received by our logistics partner or the courier partners the time frame of the product delivery starts.

After receiving the return request mail with images we will get back to you within 2-3 days. We will surely arrange the reverse pick of the product after accepting the return request. Usually, a pickup takes about 2-3 working days to be scheduled, and delivery to the warehouse takes about 4-6 working days.

Our quality assurance team will check the merchandise as soon as it returns to our warehouse, and we will then begin the replacement process, once the merchandise has returned to our warehouse.


Points to remember 


It is advised that the product must be in unused condition and original condition.

Please ensure that the packaging of the product, including the tags, barcodes, accessories, manuals, warranty cards, shipping labels (pasted on the packet), and invoice, is returned with the product.

Please do provide the print 2 documents to the logistics company representative who comes for the product pick up,
